Yes she's from Touhou, her name is Reimu Hakurei she is one of the main characters for the games.

Just want to point out the characters are Reimu Hakurei and Sanae Kochiya from Touhou

mottling? you mean the blood marks? no they were add ons i decided to add in.

I would say it turned out nicely, it would be better if the colour wasn't so different. anything aside from that i'd say is good.

Ahh.......yea.. In answer to Tokitoh's question.
When i saw this scan i saw Sasuke playing that flute atop of some trees.
When i thought of trees i thought of the ones from Advent Children and it looked quite nicely and so did my friends so i ddecided not to change them.
